Here at Following Fido we are all about our clients. We are about providing a valued and necessary service at a great price. We strive to be the industry leader in the pet waste removal industry. We will achieve this through leaving our clients yards spotless, and through superior customer service.
Our process for ensuring a clean yard is simple. We double check all of our work to ensure a complete job. And most importantly, we take all the waste with us, never to smelled or seen again! We are currently providing services to Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and surrounding areas. We will continue to expand our service areas as time progresses. If you are uncertain whether you might be in our service area, feel free to contact us!
We are also committed to stop any possible cross contamination in between service stops. We use a bleach based disinfectant on our tools to eliminate this threat.
There are certain circumstances that will prohibit us from doing the most thorough job however. Some of the following conditions could hinder our technicians from providing a completely clean yard :
-stuck gates/gates in disrepair. This can be tricky. Gates over time may sag or fall into disrepair. Latches come loose, or simply don't line up properly anymore. This is a concern for Following Fido technicians to leave your property secure and safe. We ask you have a quick check on your gates and latches every now and then.
-overgrown grass
-large quantities of unraked leaves
-ice or snow build up
These are conditions that will inhibit our technicians from ensuring the work can be carried out in full. These cases will be delt with on a case-by-case basis. Following Fido is committed to helping every client in every situation. For any concerns or questions, contact us!
We love dogs. We are dog owners and realize the bond that exists between every owner and their animal. If your dog(s) are friendly and enjoy being around people, they are more then welcome to be in the yard while our technicians perform service. There are certain dogs that are uneasy around people or are protective of their properties. In order to ensure the safety of our workers, we would simply ask that you keep your dogs inside if you think that this might apply to your situation when your property is being serviced.
If you have a lock on your gate, we would request a key, or simply that you leave the gate unlocked on your service day. In our experience, it is more convenient for Following Fido to simply have a key. All keys are kept in a lockbox in the office until our clients service date. This ensures smoother service in the case of clients not remembering to unlock the gate.
